Pet Honesty’s Scoot Stopper soft chews should be given during meal time for best results. For the first week give half the suggested serving size to allow your pet’s body to adjust. Depending on your pet’s size you can expect to give 1 chew per day per 25 lbs of bodyweight.

Caution: If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset. Federal law prohibits the off-label use of this product in ruminants. An examination from a veterinarian is recommended prior to using this product.

How much of the supplements do I give my dog? 

Serving instructions can always be found on the back of the label or on the Pet Honesty website product pages.  Standard servings across our dog chews are: 

Chews (daily): 

  • 25 lbs or less: 1 chew 
  • 26-50lbs: 2 chews 
  • 51-75lbs: 3 chews 
  • 76-100lbs or more: 4 chews 

Always follow the directions on the back of the jar/bottle. We recommend slowly introducing any new product to your pup's daily regimen. Some customers have found it best to split their chew portions throughout the day, while others prefer to give the full amount at one time. 

How often do should I give my pet their supplements? 

For most of our supplements, once a day is all you need! But if spreading it out over the day works better for your pet, that’s okay!   

For Grass Green & Calming products, we do recommend giving the full dose at once for best results. 

Remember, it can take 4-6 weeks to see the full effects for some dogs, while others may notice changes in just a few days. Stay patient and stick to the recommended amounts—consistency is key! 

Can my dog take multiple Pet Honesty supplements at the same time? 

Yes, most of our supplements are designed to work together if recommended dosage for each is followed. Please check with your veterinarian first before combining more than 3 Pet Honesty products (or more than 2 Pet Honesty products that contain probiotics. High probiotic consumption could lead to transient gas, bloating, and loose stools).
